Mediates divorce and family law issues efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. Drafts agreements and court papers for mediation participation.

 


Real Estate Permitting:


Appears before local boards and committees to obtain permits and approvals for real estate development projects. Practice includes subdivision control, special permits, special permit modifications, site plan review, variances, frontage waivers, special use permits, open space developments, wetlands, and other permit applications. Opposes projects on behalf of concerned neighbors. Litigates or resolves by agreement real estate permitting issues and disputes.

 

 

Real Estate Contracts and Leases

Drafts, reviews and negotiates residential and commercial sales contracts, leases, and tenancy at will agreements. Guides buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through the entire transaction from initial decision through closing. Experienced in working with cash buyers and sellers who sell without brokers.

 

 

Family Law:

Represents husbands, wives, mothers and fathers in divorce, child support, child custody, modification and custody proceedings. Available to mediate divorce proceedings.

 

 

Civil Litigation:

Represents individuals and businesses in civil disputes and personal injury claims. Files pleadings, promulgates and responds to discovery requests, prepares cases for trial and tries or settles cases. Collects monies due; resolves issues between neighbors; advises and represents real estate brokers with regard to professional liability.

 

 

Estate Planning:

Prepares simple, affordable estate planning documents for individuals, couples, and families including wills, trusts, living wills, health care documents, powers of attorney, codicils, and amendments.

 

 

Small Business:

Advises small business; forms corporations, LLCs and LLPs. Draft corporate votes; conduct corporate meetings.
